'立地や金額などは問題なかったのですが、敷布団を使う時に広げたら大きな茶色のシミがついているのを家族全員で見てしまいかなり不快な気持ちにになりました…なんとか一名が我慢し敷布団を使用しましたが気持ちいいものではありません。 ベッドの方は問題なかったと思います。トイレ、バスルームもひとつなので4人で泊まるには少し不便でした。テレビのある部屋で寝た家族は近隣の居酒屋の客の声が朝方まで響き眠れなかったみたいです。'

The rate we paid was the same as a four star hotel where we stayed elsewhere in Tokyo. The accommodation was not as described and we think we are entitled to a refund.'
