The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack. 'Dit complex was een slechte ervaring. We hadden een hotelkamer geboekt voor 5 personen/3 bedrooms en het bleek een serviced appartement te zijn in het naastgelegen gebouw. Het hotel leek prima, maar dit gedeelte was een grote teleurstelling. Slecht onderhouden, het behang kwam van de muren af, het slot van het balkon moesten we laten repareren omdat het omgedraaid zat (!), lekkage/overlopende afvoer in de badkamer, geen wifi, en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. We moesten overal om vragen. Wel...
