'For our five-night stay, we received a welcome greeting on check in at the front desk, but were told that there were few towels as they were sold out over the weekend. Our room had one towel and a used soap bar in the bathtub. We demanded additional towels the next day. 'Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account.'

Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'This was a really great hotel that has been renovated and part of bringing a core back to the downtown of Spokane. Great restaurants around and the complimentary breakfast at Rosie's was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Our pillows in the room seemed a little older and small but it could be that replenishing with new items are taking some time. Really nice stay.'

'Clean property in a safe area with a lovely gift shop and plenty of parking. Unfortunately, breakfast had limited options for those with dietary restrictions/health-conscious. There were non-dairy alternatives, no honey for the coffee/tea station, oatmeal was instant, and the only fruit was apples. The gym was clean, but very small compared to other IHG hotels.'

'No one was at the front counter in my he morning when I attempted to ask them to hold my suitcase upon ending my stay. Also, there were no towels in my room and when I called downstairs at 7:30 AM I was told I had to come down and get the towels which w as not a possibility given I had just stepped out of the shower! Also while checking in, I had to stand at the front desk for five or so minutes, waiting for the employee to load some things into the computer, and there was a second...

'I was extremely disappointed with this property. The pool is disgusting, the rooms smell like death and looks like they are not clean between guests. The only good experience I had was the front desk guy. But even then it wasn't worth the money spent. DO NOT BOOK HERE!'
