Zeer redelijk hotel in hartje Hanoi
Mooie suite met veel ruimte en goede airco. Wel was het zwembad langdurig in reparatie en dit was niet bij de boeking aangegeven. Geen prijscompensatie ontvangen. Hotel nooit uitgekozen voor betaalde prijs als dit van tevoren bekend was geweest.

Geachte heer Steven, Het spijt me voor een probleem dat je tijdens het verblijf in Golden Lotus Luxury hotel had gehad, aangezien het zwembad voor onderhoud was gesloten. Het is buiten onze controle en we proberen het zo snel mogelijk op te lossen. Het is een extra service die niet in kamerprijs heeft toegevoegd, zodat we u niet korting kunnen geven. We kijken ernaar uit om u binnenkort weer te zien wanneer het zwembad opnieuw moet worden geopend om u gelukkiger te maken met onze diensten. Hartelijk dank en met vriendelijke groet!

Nice hotel at perfect location.
Staff was very good. Room was good. Breakfast was good. Hotel lacks a proper bar unfortunately. There is a sort of dark inbetween floor equipped as bar but that doesn't really work.

At first, there was a pretty desk clerk with a friendly smile, but when I checked out, there was another worker. There were more than 10 minutes left until check-out time, but the door was locked, so I went in with the cleaning staff's key and took out my luggage. When checking out, the desk lady had a bad expression, was very unfriendly, and had really bad breath. When I finally left, the desk staff didn't even say hello and the bellboy didn't even carry my suitcase down the stairs. The restaurant staff were very friendly and brought us egg dishes. I wish the pho was a little more delicious, but that may be because the taste buds are different from Koreans. I've been to other hotels in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh, so I'm telling you this. Other than that, it was really nice that the room was cleaned when I went to eat breakfast. It's nice because it's close to Hoan Kiem Lake and you can see Joseph's Cathedral. I stayed in a room facing the back of a 5-story building, but the view was not very good because I could see the building next door. I don't know why they assigned us the 5th floor, but you have to go higher to see Hoan Kiem Lake. Please note that it was not a double bed, but two single beds attached. The bed was comfortable. I had a good rest for 3 days.

Booked this for the pool and pleasantly surprised how clean and maintained it is. Cool water to cool down on the 40 degree days! Breakfast was good, eggs made on request. Buffet food is left out uncovered so I didn’t have much of it after seeing bar flies on the fruit. No window as such in the room but loved how quiet it is with no street noise at all. Water splashes out of shower every use but water falls to drain outside so it’s not a huge deal. No early checkin here and they charge extra for the privilege if available! The location is great right by walking street and the lake, plenty of eating out options and shopping.

No nos gusto en absoluto la estancia en este hotel. La insonorización de las habitaciones es penosa, el baño se encharca cada vez que te duchas y la ropa de cama es pequeña para las de matrimonio. Nada más llegar nos quisieron dar una habitación de menor calidad alegando que la habíamos cogido a última hora, ofreciéndonos un cheque por valor de 14€ para usarlo en el hotel, nos negamos y resulta que de repente si que tenían nuestra habitación. En el desayuno, a la hora de empezar a servir ya no quedaban algunas cosas que no reponían. No lo recomendaríamos bajo ningún concepto.

Perfect stay, beautiful room with window, comfortable bed. Swimming pool is okay, but quickly full (little area of lounge). Breakfast is good, lot of choice but avoid the restaurant. Cocktails could be better as well as what proposed on the menu. Localisation is great. Near the Hoan Kiem Lake and 36 corporations area and the Ta Hien street, full of restaurants and bars for the night lovers.

Staff are very friendly and helpful; breakfast is good. Hotel is walking distance to many sights, including St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Lake Hoan Kiem and many great shops and restaurants. Lighting in bathroom is quite dark, tiles could be replaced, but these are minor, insignificant details to a pleasant and comfortable hotel.

Loved the location of this hotel. However, our sheets had not been changed from the previous occupant, and the overall general cleanliness needs attention.

The shower and bathroom could do with a good clean. Decent location, checkin took a while, didn’t go down for breakfast, room was a little small. Main concern was the dirty shower.

Great Location
Great location! Walking distance from the hotel to the lake, water puppet theatre and the church. We have good sleep as the room given was not near to the road, it was quiet and we have peaceful sleep.

방음은 안좋았지만 대체로 매너 좋은 사람들이 숙박하는 것 같아요(알아서 해석해주세욤..) 위치 등 대체적으로 아주 좋았는데 침대에서 약간 ... 음 세탁 안한 냄새... 땀내? 그런게 좀 나더군요.... 그래도 하노이 갈때마다 위치가 너무 좋아서 잘 묵고있어요

沒有窗戶的房間,而且很小,要求櫃台小姐更換房間,他卻說-我要求的! 荒謬的回覆,随便唬爛客人- 我才不會去要一間沒有窗戶的客房呢

Hôtel bien situé, équipe très sympa et souriant.
Super accueil, special dédicace pour leur gentillesse et sourire au réceptionniste de nuit/matin et l'hôtesse du petit déjeuner durant notre séjour. L'hôtel est bien situé et le petit déjeuner varié, nous avons aimé le phô et les fruits frais. A conseiller.

TAXIに、降ろされた目の前がLautus…とチラッと見ただけでゴールデンロータスラグジュアリーのほうだと思い込んでしまって、姉妹店のLautus BoutiqueHOTELのほうに入ってしまっていました!がフロントの方のご意向で、Boutiqueのほうに部屋を変更してくださいました! なんとありがたい。ロータスラグジュアリーのほうは欧米人も多くこじんまりとした見ためでしたが オプションツアーのまちあわせの方がロビーにたくさんいました。 有名なのかな? 朝食も良かったです
