We werden erg goed ontvangen. Vriendelijk personeel. Mocht je tijd hebben en Erik van het personeel ook, vraag of hij je wilt rondleiden. Voor een paar dollar laat hij je de leukste dingen zien. Ontbijt was ook prima.

Friendly hotel in the middle of the old quarter
Fast and friendly checkin, nice spacious and clean room with balcony. In the middle of nice restaurants and shops, near the lake. Excellent breakfast and service!

The staff at Hanoi Chic Boutique were absolutely lovely and the best part of the stay. They’re kind and welcoming and very helpful as well, they were happy to arrange airport transportation, tours and stored my bag while I was in Halong Bay. The room was simple but comfortable with everything needed, same with the breakfast. Overall a really lovely hotel and I would gladly stay there again.

2 Night Stay in Hanoi
This hotel is in the perfect location. We were so close to many of the things we wanted. Restaurants, bars, the night market, and Hoan Kiem lake were all within a short walking distance. The staff here were truly some the nicest people we met in Vietnam. They are genuinely there to make sure you have a great time on your trip and do not hesitate to take all the recommendations that Anna gives you! She's the best :) They will also book your transportation from the airport which is great.

Great location, within old quarters. Room was nice, tv, aircon, comfy beds, hot shower, kettle, basically everything you'll need. All the staffs and recep were very helpful. They recommended restaurants, and tours, at a reasonable cost. Tracy waited until 3am when we arrived the hotel and helped us w whatever we needed.

最悪。朝の食事メニュウが少なくオーダーしても無く（メニューに書くな）、シャワーの湯は出ない、テレビはリモコンの故障で映らない、セフテーイボツクスは鍵が掛からない、その他等々。唯スタッフは親切でした。 コストに関して、この程度の金額を出すのであればハノイの旧市街地区ではもっといいホテルが有りいままで泊りました。

蚊ではない虫がいるようで、お尻や背中を喰われた。 タオルの替えが少しずつ減っていった。最後の日はハンドタオルは無くなり、バスタオルだけになった。。

좋은 여행이였습니다! :)
구시가지에 위치하고 있어서 주변으로 볼것, 놀것,먹을것 다 도보로 이용 가능하고 좀 거리가 있는 거리는 택시타고 이동 가능해서 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 다만, 12시가 넘으면 셔터를 내리셔서 문을 열어달라고 해야하는점이 조금 불편했구요. 그래도 직원분들 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 만족스러웠습니다!

We loved our stay at Hanoi Chic Boutique. We were delighted on arrival to find that our room had been upgraded to a large family room with a balcony facing the street. The room was great. Even though we arrived late at night we were able to order food to the room which was very handy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only slight complaint we have is that the breakfast was not the best. There were a few items on a menu that you could order to be freshly made and then a table with fruit and other cooked items to help yourself to. I ordered the pancakes with chocolate and banana and it came as one tiny pancake with a small dash of chocolate and about 6 banana slices - definitley not enough to fill me up! One day there was pumpkin soup out but there were no labels on the hot food and no spoon to serve it. The juice was also very watery and not nearly as nice as the lovely fresh fruit that was available to choose from. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Chic Boutique and particularly liked its location within the old quarter.

The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. The location was perfect to discover the nightlife, street good and night market. As a recomendation, they must leave the A/C on in the rooms to get a better sleep. The hot outside is oustanding.

The Hotel location is excellent for wandering the streets. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They arranged all our tours and helped arrange a hotel and transportation to our next location. We enjoyed our stay in the city.

EXCELLENT HOTEL IN CENTER OF OLD QUARTER
Initial problem with my booking....there was no room for me despite a guaranteed PAID reservation through Hotel.com. They arranged for me to spend my first night in a sister hotel in the same area, then i was able to transfer back to the Hanoi Chic Boutique Hotel the next day to rejoin my 7 other friends who were staying there. Amazing staff esp. Ruby, Phinny, Ryan and Giang. They made our stay memorable. Location is excellent! Breakfast was very good!! Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed many times at this hotel, nice little area in Old Town, good bars around plus good places for breakfast. Hotel is clean comfortable , air con, wifi all work, tea and coffee in room.. staff very helpful and considerate.....like this place allot and will return .

Ok hotel for short stays
it's a decent hotel for a short stay. requested for a twin bed but got a double bed instead, was told no other rooms were available for booking, luckily the staff was good enough to squeeze in an extra bed at no additional cost for me. However, the toilet drainage system is terrible. When showing, it will flood the entire shower area and water drains very slowly. But when you leave it for awhile, the water level will decrease. Bed is comfortable too.

사진보다는 덜 신식(?)이었지만, 나름 깨끗하고 정돈되어있는 호텔입니다. 사진이야 어느 호텔이든 과장이 있으니까요. 화장실은 깨끗한 편이고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 비슷한 가격 대의 인근 호텔에서 방에 개미가 있어서 상당히 불편했는데, 일단 제가 머물던 방에는 개미는 없었습니다. 완전 중심가는 아니지만 충분히 걸어서 호안끼엠 호수까지 이동 가능합니다. 경유지라 다음날 일찍 체크아웃해야해서 조식은 잘 모르겠네요. 체크인 할 때 직원분이 도시락을 싸주겠다고 했는데, 준비를 했는데 깜박하고 안 준건지, 준비를 안한건지는 모르겠습니다. 일단 저는 아침에 정신이 없어서 챙겨달라거나 할 생각을 못했고, 택시가 대기중이라 바로 출발을 해버렸네요. 아마 깜빡하지 않았을까 싶습니다. 전체적으로 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 혼자 여행한다면 다시 머물 의사가 있습니다.

Hotel fine, bad transfer experience
Only stayed for literally 8 hours due to a flight delay. Hotel warned us about taxi scams from airport so we booked a transfer with them in an attempt to avoid stress. Hotel sent us specific instructions for the sign that the driver would be holding. When we came out of customs there was a driver holding a sign with my name on only written in red felt tip pen and a different hotel name folded down on the paper that the driver didn't want to show us (hotel had told us the sign would have the name of the hotel on and all other drivers had typed signs). Spent lots of money calling the hotel to check that this was the driver, who thought a different one had been sent. Taxi driver got very frustrated at the situation as we were instructed by the hotel not to get in the car. After about 15mins waiting for the hotel to call us back to confirm that this was actually the correct driver, we spent a bit of a hair raising journey to the hotel as the driver tried to make up the time that had been lost. In defence of the hotel reception, they called their manager the next day to discuss what had happened. Unfortunately the manager wasn't sympathetic and only knocked a third off the price of the taxi. Room itself was fine but very basic and hotel was within walking distance to the night market but after such a stressful journey there that the hotel should have taken more responsibility for, I would not stay again.

PROS: 酒店的位置就在舊城區, 步行就可去到主要的景點和特色餐廳; 酒店員工都很友善和樂於幫忙, 前台的英文水平很好, 用英文溝通沒有問題; 房間的傢俱, 寢具都很新; 早餐是半自助餐, 即叫即做的食物都不錯 CONS: 雖然位置好, 但酒店正門的那條街很吵 (已經不是鬧區), 因房間不是雙層窗戶, 星期六, 日的晚上有夜市的關係, 凌晨1點時都很吵(星期一二晚上有比較好一點), 早上也是因為車子的聲音, 很早就被吵醒; 舊城區的房子都是窄窄的, 要有心理準備房間不大 (挑有露台的房型應該會比較大); 傢俱雖然新, 但裝修有點失修 (可能因為舊城區的房子都是老房子?), 廁所的熱水器會發出怪聲音, 還好關掉就沒有了 ; 餐廳的清潔可以做得更好, 有一天用餐時看到蟑螂在放食物的桌子上爬 如果想住舊城區, 建議找有雙層窗戶的酒店會比較睡得好, 或者選西湖那邊的住宿(不過就不能步行去到很多景點, 餐廳)

Decent small hotel in old quarter Hanoi.....but what a noise/chaos. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Hanoi is a disaster... you cant walk, cross the street because of crazy motorbikes everywhere. We litterally ran away to Ninh Bin(Tam coc) where we found one of the greatest places on earth

Hotel with good location
Have a pleasant stay at chic boutique Hanoi. Room is very comfortable and clean, just that there are some ants in the cups when we checked in, the rest is okay. The hotel location is very strategic as it is located at the center of old quarter, near to everywhere and there is a lot of coffee shops and food stalls along the street. They provide nice breakfast too. The staff there are very attentive and helpful. Had some problem with the room arrangement but the staff there helped us to sort it out. Overall it is great value for money.

The room is not very clean especially the kettle (very oily inside). Staff are quite attentive. The breakfast is good with lots of varieties.
