Het personeel is uiterst behulpzaam. het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen maar in een rustige straat dus geen last van nachtlawaai

goed gelegen klein hotel met vriendelijk personeel
was geboekt voor een ander hotel, star splendid, van de groep maar wegens problemen met de kamer overgeheveld naar het splinternieuwe splendid hotel, openingsdag zelf. alles was ok maar nog iedereen wat onwenning ontbijt goed, iets te simpel maar moeten ook nog inlopen zeer vriendelijk betere ligging dan star splendid

Prima hotel, geweldig service
Hotel ziet er netjes uit, ontbijt is prima. Het personeel doet er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaan mogelijk te maken. Dicht bij de cathedral en midden in het Oude centrum van Hanoi. Prima hotel, en ook geschikt als je tussen door uit stapjes wilt maken naar bv halong bay of sapa, kun je je spullen (gratis) in het hotel laten liggen.

This has been the worst stay ever. First, we I didn’t get what we booked for. There were no room left in the hotel when we checked in. Had to go to a different one which was really bad. Small, dirty and no amenities. We stayed one night and had to change back to the original hotel which was not great at all. We didn’t get the room we were supposed to. No view and poor conditions of the room and building. This made the stay really unenjoyable. The staff manager the next day couldn’t understand why this happened. She was sorry and ended up paying for our taxi ride to the airport. Good gesture, but doesn’t change the fact that we were really uncomfortable and very much inconvenienced by the experience. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Thank you Lucy and Daisy for the smiles and kindness, however, despite the excellent location, I cannot recommend the hotel as it is too damaged, almost everything is broken and most of all the cleanliness should be absolutely reviewed. We had a horrible room on sixth floor, and then one on the fifth floor next to the plastic bin.

We actually stayed at the Capital Hotel, a sister property across the street. The room was a spacious, modern, nice shower and had a balcony which was great to spend time on to relax. Staff were amazing, friendly, sincere and gracious. The breakfast included was very good. I would come back for sure.

Overall ok!
The location of the hotel is great, on a very nice street and close to most things in the old quarter. The staff were also very nice. Unfortunately, the hotel is very worn and not properly cleaned (we dropped something like under the bed which split into a lot of dust). It was ok to stay like that for us, but found the pictures and reviews a bit misleading.

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr zentralen Lage aber sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Bilder sind von der früheren Zeiten. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich.

the first night of our stay they didn’t have a room in their hotel so they took us across the street to stay and then we returned to the Inner Hotel for the remainder of our stay. but both hotels were nice. the inner hotels staff was super friendly and very helpful with recommendations of where to go and eat. the room was comfortable with AC and free wifi. the beds were soft but they only provide a top sheet to cover with. but the hot water and water pressure in the shower was good. the hotel was in a very central location and easy to walk to many places. you must try MAMA bahn mi right around the corner for the best bahn mi!!

A big disappointment-it’s only an acceptable one
The place is surely not the worst we have been through in Vietnam but an over all of 9.2/10 from the reviews makes my stay here a disappointment. The room is okay-ly in order but the bathroom was a horror: the shower’s wall was full of mold - black mold. I felt disgusted in it. I asked the front desk to have it cleaned up asap but they couldn’t because the cleaning person is only in during the day and I was out the whole day while they had only 1 key to the room which was on me. I decided to clean the shower myself at my return given that I could not ask for the refund and I could not change hotel or clean myself in such filth. Apart from the fact that their soap and shampoo didn’t clean, the front desk failed to provide me with a functioning shampoo dispenser even if I told them first thing when we received the room.

Dear Mrs.Van Anh,Thank you so much for your stayed in our hotel. We felt so bored when we read this review. You wrote mold bathroom, the recieption told me. On next day, I came hotel, I was come and check it. It was nothing. It seems residue of water after you used hot water. The key we have 1 key for guest s room, one maste key for houseskeeping. Why we need to borrow from you. Because the guests stayed that room before forgot returned for us. 1:30 am Vietnam time, you called phone for us, The toilet was clogged, because you throught paper there. We have someone solved immediately in that time.How is about shampoo, we have new box also. We did not know why you complaint that also. Our receiptionist always said you are so cute, easy - going, always smile . We do not know why you told about that.We always try our best.Thank you.

SUPERB professional & personable staff: Lucy, Daisy, Tony flawlessly managed my transports, room, activities, laundry, rentals, recommendations, etc. Special thanks to Tony for all his Guiding and Teaching: he perfectly arranged my side-trips, provided sound Vietnam history & advice, and even took me on all-morning walking trip on his time off. Very good location close to old quarter. First room was full of mosquitos. A receptionist sold me the tours a good price but she didn't sent me the itinerary in advance and I couldn't organize my clothes for 2 days trekking, but anyways, I had and amazing trip in Sa Pa. What I really concerned was they moved all my luggages the day I wasn't there, I extended the day before my Check out, and they trow away an important receipt of my flights. Fortunately I could recovered, but it's feel weird someone took all your personal stuff.

If you go to Sapa early morning, You can leave luggage at room if you did not have time , we help you collected it. keep it in store luggage. Because when you check out, we will give that room for others guests check in. When you back we bring it from store luggage to new room. We did not charge money during you leave luggage at hotel.We checked with housekeeping for your document also. She told us you left in bathroom after you checked out and went to Sapa. You collected suicase but did not put inside suitcase, she thought you was throw away.We are so aplogize about that. We will try to make it better.

Tout d'abord, toutes les personnes qui travaillent dans cet hotel sont à la fois gentilles, profesionnelles et aidantes. Très bel accueil et toujours serviables lorsqu'on a une demande et/ou un problème. L'établissement est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier de Hanoi, proche du lac Hoan Kiem, de plusieurs attractions (théâtre de marionnettes, cathédrale, musées, etc.) et d'innombrables restaurants. Contrairement à d'autres endroits, c'est relativement tranquille côté bruits car l'hotel est situé sur une petite rue. La chambre est jolie et très spacieuse, avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Par contre, il y a place à l'amélioration côté propreté. Le sofa était tâché et couvert de poussière et il y avait beaucoup de cheveux sur les taies d'oreillers. La poubelle de la salle de bain n'était pas vidée. Globalement, je recommande fortement cet hotel car le rapport qualité/prix est excellent!

The hotel was right near the cathedral and really central so it was in the perfect area. The workers there were soo kind and helpful, helping us and giving us what we needed whenever we needed. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone going to Hanoi :)
