Great value for money

Staff was very nice and helpful (especially Leon who's amazing!!) We ordered a day trip to TamCoc from the hotel and it was perfect. The location is great and the area too . The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice and tasty.

Awesome all round

Before arriving Elsa reached out to us and provided us with heaps of information to make our arrival to the hotel as smooth as possible. Upon arrival Tiffany was very helpful in checking us in and suggesting places for us to see and where to go to eat. We booked both the water puppet show and the free tour of Hanoi through the hotel - both services were excellent. I would like to personally thank Elsa and Tiffany for making our stay so effortless and enjoyable .The location of this hotel is amazing and very central to everything in the old quarter! The rooms are very nice - we felt very spoilt by the quality of the room! The pillows were like clouds and the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! Breakfast was provided every day and it was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking at staying in Hanoi!

The Vietnamese coffee at breakfast here is so strong and good. It became part of my daily ritual. But more than that, I loved the people. The hotel exceeded our expectation in all areas. The location couldn't be any better, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and extremely good restaurant are on it's doorstep. Service was truly personal and fantastic from start to finish. The front desk greeted you with a welcome drink and comfy seat as they check you in. The were always ready with helpful tips, making our Hanoi experience even more memorable. They also offered to hold our luggage while we went to Ha Long Bay for the night and the day we checked out we had a tour and they offered us a room to shower so we could freshen up. We stayed at Hanoian Central Hotel exploring old quarter before leaving for Ha Long Bay Cruise. The hotel is clean and very conveniently located. The minute we arrived all the staff were very helpful, kind, friendly and very professional from the front desk to restaurant staffs. They made sure that every detail was taken care of to make my stay memorable. On the first night we had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and were served by Mr. Thanh another caring and considerate person. Food was excellent. We will definitely recommend and return to Hanoin Central Hotel

This was a lovely hotel with great location, but by far its biggest strength is the charming attention to detail and warm attitude of its staff. The receptionist Quin Anh went out of her way to make sure we are cared for and arranged for our transportation even when we were at another location. The hotel is conveniently located as well. All tours know the hotel as well and most will organize to pick up and drop off from this hotel location. It was a wonderful stay and I absolutely will stay again if in Hanoi

Right as I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the warm smiles and genuine hospitality of the staff. I was very impressed with the warm hospitality from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff greeted me with bright smiles and a welcome drink of tea and delicious mung bean cakes. I like the cakes so much that I asked where to buy them, and the staff kindly recommended a nearby local shop and even gave me a map. They also introduced me to their Ha Long Bay and Trang An tour in a very detailed and friendly way. Perfect vacation with great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, solid massages at Vita Spa and night drinks at the bar. The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful. Great value and hospitality

If you want a hotel that's well priced but doesn't compromise on quality, this is the place. The service was five star in terms of attention and care, and the rooms were well maintained. After days of travel, we tried the in house spa and were blown away by how professional and calming it was. The massage rooms were quiet and well scented, and the service was top notch. It was the perfect way to recharge before heading our to explore the bustling streets. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with several warm dishes and fresh fruits. Add to that a delicious breakfast and kind staff, we really couldn't ask for more

Perfect

I came to Hanoi for a quick business trip and chose this hotel for its central location and it didn't disappoint. The staff made me check in smooth and even gave me helpful tips on navigating the old quarter. I was able to walk to my meetings, grab great food nearby, and return to a quiet and clean room at the end of the day. The wi-fi was strong, the workspace in the room was convenient, and breakfast always gave me a good start. I especially enjoy sitting outside in the evening when the street became lively with food vendors. The atmosphere was fantastic! I'll definitely chose this hotel again for future work trips

Amazing

This was my second time staying here. I stayed last year and had a such a great experience that I knew exactly where to book when coming back to Hanoi. I was pleasantly surprised when whey offered me a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to one with a balcony. That small gesture made me feel so valued as a returning guest. Our room was spotless and well equipped and we appreciated the free daily bottled of water, coffee and tea, Everything else remained perfected: the friendly staff, the clean and quiet room, and the delicious breakfast. It's coming to know that quality stays consistent here

A gem in the old quarter

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the old quarter, it offered the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distances, local coffees, street food, the lake and even train street. The room was very clean and cozy and the breakfast was surprisingly diverse for a boutique hotel. We loved the daily rotation of hot dishes and the strong Vietnamese coffee. What stood out the most was the thoughtful service. Every questions we had was answered with care, and we always felt like the staff truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We'll definitely come back

Excellent hotel

This little boutique hotel hotel in Hanoi is absolutely stunning! The entire staff including the bell boys, housekeeping and restaurant staff all get 5 stars! The hotel is so clean, quiet and a place that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Hanoi. As we enjoyed welcome drink and cake at the lobby, the hotel staff Quin Anh briefed us on the location of recommended places of interest and famous local street food with detailed map. She even what'sapp us a list of eating places recommended by hotel chef. She also provided the train schedule knowing that we planned to visit the famous train street. Upon our return from Ha Long Bay cruise, although we were not checking in and was just waiting for out transportation to Sapa, the staff still helped us with our luggage, served drinks, looked out for the arrival of our transport and sent us off warmly. If I came back to Hanoi, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Great way to enjoy the old quarter

Chanced upon this hotel while looking for a 4 star boutique hotel with good reviews. Never expect that the service and facilities would be so good! The hotel itself is pristine with fantastic accommodations and the entire team working there was so nice and helpful. They made the stay that much more incredible. Tu was who we worked with the most and she was wonderful, she gave us recommendations for things to do and eat nearby and they were all phenomenal recommendations. She helped us arrange travel and was always so kind. There's also daily buffet breakfast provided by the hotel, the spread/variety of food is good. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will come back again!

I came to Hanoi for short day trip and this hotel was the perfect choice. It was easy to get around from here, and the hotel helped me arrange an airport pickup which saved me a lot of stress on arrival. The room was exactly what i need, clean, quiet and well equipped. The mattress was firm but comfortable, and the blackout curtains helped me sleep in after long flights. We were especially impressed by the service. Elsa at the front desk was a gem, so warm, cheerful and always ready to help with anything we needed. She greeted us every morning with a big smile and gave us useful tips about where to go and what to eat around the city. For anyone doing a short city break or stopover in Hanoi, this is solid, reliable hotel that makes everything easy

We really enjoyed our stay at hanoian central hotel. The hotel has this lovely local feel while still being very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, thanks in large to Andrew at the reception. He was extremely attentive and kind, helping us book our tour to Ha long Bay and giving us honest advice about what to expect. We especially liked the breakfast setup, small but very fresh, and always with a few warm local dishes to try. One morning we had delicious Vietnamese sticky rice and fresh passion fruit juice. The hotel is also close to all the food hotpots and we found great banh mi, egg coffee and grilled skewers just minutes from the door. It made exploring so easy
