Personal service at the highest possible level. Normally we book Sheratons, Hiltons, Hyats, Marriotts, shangrila’s etc but never have we encoutered such friendly, personal and carring staff as in the O Gallery Majestic Hotel in Hanoi. Genuinely interested in us. After we spoke with David and Mary about our itinerary they still knew everything when we came back in the hotel a few days later. Even got 2 plastic haha full of food from the manager Mary for our train trip to Danang. Good hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet and al la carte (both can be experienced every morning) Small but Nice pool on the 7th floor. Hotel is 6 months old. Everything is as nice as on the pictures. Perfect location. Would recommend others.

Nice boutique hotel conveniently located near the old quarter of Hanoi. If you book a deluxe room make sure you dont get room 702. There is a commercial banner on the side of the hotel’s 7th floor that covers the windows. Although it does let through some light it does not give you any idea of the kind of weather outside. They should remove the banner or mention the room has no windows. Mentioning “With” or “without city view” gave us a wrong impression. Halfway our stay we moved to the same type of room on a lower floor that was fine.

Goede service en netjes
We werden vriendelijk ontvangen met een drankje en lichte versnapering en verder goed verzorgd. Naast de standaard water, oplosskoffie en thee, ook verschillende stukken fruit in de kamer. In de fitnessruimte was ook voldoende water en fruit aanwezig. Het zwembad is wel erg klein, maar prima om even af te koelen als het warm is. Het ontbijtbuffet was lekker en uitgebreid, al kon deze wel een beetje beter aangevuld worden. Ze vertelden ons dat het hotel nog erg nieuw was en zouden zeker iets met dit verbeterpuntje doen.

Clean room but poor customerservice
The room was fine but the balcony was not a real balcony. You Could barely stand out there. The service was poor. They told us very little about the situation with corona. We booked a trip to nihn bihn because ha long Bay was Closed. We payed Extra to see a temple but it was Closed because of corona. We had to argue with the reception to get the refund. They didn’t belive us.

Really lovely, stylish boutique hotel with incredible staff. Super comfy bed! Amazing and really helpful front desk! We arrived in Hanoi in not really good time, because of the Virus outbreak almost every tourist destination was closed or about to be close. The guys did everything to Help us have a nice stay. We couldn’t ask for more! Highly recommended.

this place is a gem located near the heart of Hanoi city but away from all the loud noisy night life activities. It is a short distance to Tong Duy Tan street food areas and where the train track cafes are. Street food and bars/pubs are walking distance from the hotel . The setting of the hotel as well as interior designs of the room is elegant and very classy.

Never expect such a decent hotel. Staff is excellent professional like 5 star hotel, very warm welcome, polite, and direct me all the way to rooms. I returned to this hotel as I had a good experience previously and the price was very competitive this time round. Pity it was only for one night, but I am sure to stay in one of the group's hotels again in the near future.

Amazing staff that went above and beyond. They helped me arrange a walking food tour. They organized a taxi to take our luggage to another hotel when we had to check out. And they didn’t charge us. Great value. Great place.

帰りの飛行機が深夜便だったのでチェックイン後にシャワーを貸していただいたり、腹痛が酷かったので近所の薬局を案内していただいたりと本当にお世話になりました。スタッフの方々も皆親切でとても快適に過ごすことができました。またハノイに来たときは利用したいと思います。本当にありがとうございました!

Charming hotel!!
This is hotel that knows how to look after their guests! For us, it ticked every box from the lovely, colonial era style of decor to the amazing service from all the team, as well as a great breakfast, amazing spa and perfect location. Here’s some detailed info to help you make your decision... - Location - it’s fairly central and if you exit the hotel and turn left then the old town is a 15 min walk, or turn right and you’ll find the new town around 15 mins too. Train street (worth a visit!) is 5 mins away and locally there are some lovely restaurants (try Old Hanoi, 5 min walk away). - The service - Just perfect, from the welcome with sit down drinks to every member of staff giving a sincere greeting. One example of the proactive service is that we had an overnight boat trip for Ha Long bay planned. Upon checkin they asked us which company we had booked with, and a day later when we enquired at reception how to get there they had already phoned the tour company, confirmed everything and arranged a taxi pick up for the exact time we needed! - Facilities - There’s a rooftop pool plus a gym with 2 treadmills, 2 bikes and a rack of weights. The spa is excellent and popular, although we got same day evening appointments twice. Prices are very reasonable (we had 2 facials, 2 massage so a total of 2 hours for 2 people for £85). - The rooms - Well appointed and modern, with a lovely bathroom. This hotel is just lovely and you won’t regret staying here :)
