Not a 4 star hotel. There is no pool, there are no bathtubs/jacuzzis in the hotel. The photos doesn't match the current situation at the hotel. Room was dirty and there was only cold water coming from the shower.
Staff was excellent though.

Perfect for the price, great staff and breadfast
I just spent a month living at the hotel. If you request a room in the back, it will be quite. It is well located, the staff are amazing, they all speak English and are helpful.

Great location & staff, but worn out room
Brilliant location & the staff working at this hotel was incredibly friendly and service-minded.
Unfortunately, the room in particular which I stayed in was very worn out and both white dust came off the wall next to the bed when touching it, and normal dust was found on top of some furniture in the room which indicated that not all areas of the room are cleaned.
As the pictures displayed on the website looked much better than the actual room I stayed in myself, I'm not sure if this is or was specific to my room as I could also hear some renovation going on which might mean they're currently freshening up the rooms and hadn't gotten to the specific room I stayed in yet.
All in all, I'm satisfied with the stay due to the staff.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful, however the property needs some work. On some sites this property is a 4 star but I’d give it max 3. The was an odd window in our bathroom looking into the common hallway, the common area facilities were dirty, and the floors in the room needed to be cleaned. The location is great and walkable.

All of the stuff were friendly and attentive. They tried to help their guests in an utmost effort. Especially Dragon who was nice and energetic to give useful information and took a very good care of all his customers. We didn’t ask for everyone’s name but all of them were nice, polite and attentive. Thanks a ton for making our stay enjoyable.

Fine, but...
The hotel is in general OKAY. Good location, breakfast seemed good choice with attentive, friendly, helpful staff.
The minus is it’s too noisy with group tourists from abroad who did make a lot of noise and let their children “do it your self” by knocking and buttoning my door!
Technical guy was wished to be better: I asked to fix the aircon, fine only for that night, dead next morning!

Everything went good. The pool could of been a little cleaner but the rooms were cute and clean. They brought us an extra pillow and blanket so our little kids could sleep on the floor and they also gave us tips from the front desk on places to go in the area. Overall a very good stay and a great location!

Has been really central just at the outside of old town. Nice staff, breakfast was okay, sufficient rooms.

Okay hotel
Okay hotel, not a 4 star in my opinion, staff could not speak English, but were friendly. Internet was non-existent. Room was not clean, bed sheets old and stained, rooms were noisy. Nice location, hotel could be better, rooms need renovation desperately.
