'Very nice owners'

'When we drove up, we noticed a For Sale sign on the property. No one was present in the home, so we called the phone number which was provided inside. A woman came to show us our rooms, to give us room keys and to answer any questions. After that she left, and we did not see anyone else throughout our stay. We were the only guests at the property. I had previously received an email telling me the restaurant was being closed for the winter season. I assumed that breakfast and bar services...

'This property is a gem. Located in the town of Rumford, the home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The request to avoid wearing shoes on the hardwood floors is completely understandable, as the floors are beautiful and clearly well cared for.We were especially grateful to arrive and find the air conditioning already keeping the home cool, since we experienced several days with temperatures near 100 degrees. The kitchen was convenient, the property was pet-friendly, and...

'Super cute, clean, convenient option for glamping near Sunday River! We were there for our anniversary. We only got to stay for one night, but we plan to return for a longer stay. Everything is as mentioned in the posting and in the yurt guide shared with us. The outhouse was clean, the bathhouses were super clean, and all the provided amenities were great. 'Loved our stay in this property. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We would have loved acess to few more towels and blankets, but I didn't request them and I'm sure Tyler would have provided them if I had asked. Since we stayed the week, it would have been a bonus to have access to laundry in the unit, but that's because we travel with two messy children, lol!The property is super close to everything and having a car charger was an amazing perk that kept our...

'This place is in the middle of nowhere. Though that could be nice for viewing the fall leaves, it has not been updated in decades. It is difficult to find in the dark. The pictures you see are from one of the rooms that has been updated but many have not. You will be sleeping on a Murphy bed. The check-in process is old-school with paper and physical keys. The staff was not bad. They even recommended a restaurant. Though the restaurants are even a 20 minute drive away. If you choose to stay...
