'I stayed one night in Rm 4 on Aug. 5. Arrival--I advised two days before that I might arrive around 7 pm with my rental car. I heard no response. On arrival--no staff on hand so parked around the back of bldg. and notice said to go across street for checkin. I signed in with the barman. Asked where Rm. 4 was--he said he didn't know --had never been in the bldg. I'm 80 yr. old and have two walking sticks with me. What if I need help to get inside airline bag upstairs??????????? Can't help...

'We had a wonderful two-night stay with Lynn and George. They were such friendly and welcoming hosts and gave us lots of helpful information about places to visit in the area. 'The yellow dory was a delightful poo lace to stay, it is two stories with steep stairs, but has solid railings, with a bathroom, bedroom and living room upstairs. B the view from all windows is spectacular.'

'Location is not near Trinity but opposite side of Trinity bay. Owner agreed to fully refund if VRBO would refund her their portion but did not follow through and ignored subsequent messages from me and VRBO. VRBO confirmed they would refund their portion. We lost 294.40 for travel Sept 29-Oct 1 which was equal to one night stay. She refunded initially one night immediately but never followed through on her word. '

'We had a wonderful stay in Grates Cove. The house was fantastic, with an amazing view of the cove and well stocked with everything we needed. We were fortunate to have met the neighbor (father of owner), who treated us like royalty. Dave Sr. hooked us up with the most delicious lobster you can imagine. What an experience we had!
