'Excellent location. Steps from Centre Street and hundreds of restaurants. Good breakfast with variety of western and Chinese food. Good Wi-fi, free laundry. Only one small elevator, sometimes is busy. Not easy to wheel the luggage’s out of the elevator to rooms. High metal bar on the floor.'

'1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time).

'The room was a bit on the older side and didn't feel overly maintained. Lots of the wallpaper was peeling. At least one ceiling tile was sagging low. The bed was very hard. It had low water pressure. The room itself was clean, and the hardwood furnite was quite nice. '

Also the swimming pool is not serviced by the hotel and other residents of the building can use it. Swimming cap was also required which the hotel did not inform us.'
