'Clean room friendly staff nice view to the beach'

'Everything was fine, but i guess i didn't read the part where parking at their fenced in parking lot on the hotel grounds was an additional $20+tax a day. Almost every hotel I have stayed at accommodates their guest with parking. I never thought to even look at that when booking. So...just be aware.'

'The location could not have been better. Walk out the back door to the beach. The room was a nice size and clean. It felt a little tired and I think the entire hotel could use a little refresh. It was very hot and humid when we were there and the in room air conditioning barely kept up. It was ok and not hot in the room but never got close to what I would say was cool/cold. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The onsite restaurant food was average and we were happy to have it.'

'It was as perfect as it can be for a hotel. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean. Rooms had AC. Showers were spacious. Overall, great experience. Have booked here previously and will continue to book here for upcoming trips.'

'Its a bit rundown'

'Vlak bij het centrum van Corpus Christi en makkelijk bereikbaar. Goede ontvangst. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding prima, maar interieur aan modernisering toe - scheur in het wat muffe tapijt, nog geen flatscreen televisies.'

'The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. This is the first place where I had to stand outside of the office area to check in. One tiny opening in the wall to speak to the attendant. I tolerated...

'De staat en netheid van het morel was vreselijk, alles was smerig en vuil. Bedden met vlekken en kapotte bedrand, handdoeken met scheuren en gaten, ramen vol vetvlekken, microgolf met dikke vetlaag enz... te smerig om daar nog geld voor te vragen. Het enige pluspunt is de ligging, net tegen het strand met uitzicht op zee. Jammer want het zou een pareltje kunnen zijn.'

'The room was decent, but the sheets had cigarette burns and holes. The air conditioning was fine on the first day of our arrival, but by the next day, the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. It was a good thing we brought our fan.'

'This place was horrible. Rooms were dirty - sheets and towels not clean . My kids and I couldn't sleep with all the drunk people being so loud . We will never come back .'

'The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty '

'The crew checked in and went to work at 5:00pm after work at 1:30am they gave back keys and left, they never stayed in the rooms!'

'There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.'

'Room was very clean and the A/C works great! The staff was really friendly at check in. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. There were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and a large bad patch job on the ceiling by the window. Also, my door stuck pretty bad making it difficult to open and close.'
