'The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. '

'One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were dirty. Sheets were stained. Bath tub was dirty. No toilet paper. Breakfast was horrible and very short on everything. Both days breakfast ran out quickly. Housekeeper went in to “clean” and the room was still the same. Don’t recommend. All the positive reviews must be fake. '

'Room was dirty. We tried setting up the sofa bed as soon as we got there and the sheets were dirty. The sheets had blood stains and the back of the mattress as it unfolded was yellow and smelled !!! Went down stairs to ask for another room and was told they were sold out. Was given the option of changing the sheets or getting a refund 😵‍💫 Horrible experience. However receptionist was very helpful and helped us get a refund through Expedia which we appreciated. '

'Upon entering room, the furnishing was sparse, chair in corner was visibly stained, arms had dark stains, no table, chairs to relax, shower flooded dressing area, bath door had visible glue spots where mirror was removed, i cup for coffee maker , i pod of coffee for 2 guest, 1 sugar creamer for 2 guest, towels were too worn out, thin , threadbare. Was told continental breakfast was from 6 to 9 am, but didnt start until 7 am, breakfast cosisted of cornflakes, oj, a few yogurts, and a waffle...
