The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. '

'Upon entering room, the furnishing was sparse, chair in corner was visibly stained, arms had dark stains, no table, chairs to relax, shower flooded dressing area, bath door had visible glue spots where mirror was removed, i cup for coffee maker , i pod of coffee for 2 guest, 1 sugar creamer for 2 guest, towels were too worn out, thin , threadbare. Was told continental breakfast was from 6 to 9 am, but didnt start until 7 am, breakfast cosisted of cornflakes, oj, a few yogurts, and a waffle...

'We had a very good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice and very accommodating the only thing that was a little disappointing was that the hot tub did not get hot.'
