'We loved the friendliness of the staff in the lobby and the restaurant. The rooms were big and clean. The tennis court, basketball court and swimming pool were ideal for our 4 teenagers. We ate lobster in the restaurant which was perfectly boiled and served. We would recommend this accomodation to other persons.'

'The photos of the property that came with my confirmation showed a bathroom and shower. The property details say 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. However, it failed to note that they were 200 yards away. Most importantly. If the smoke alarm isnt wired to unlock the door, this place is a death trap. Unless you notice the black letters on the inside button that tells you to press it to open the door, you will go crazy in the dark trying to get out '

'The host and property were both amazing. Great communication and support from the host. The location was beautiful. We didn't use the bunk house but the main cottage was clean, up to date and had great amenities. We went during the winter months, but will definitely be returning in the spring/summer to take advantage of the dock and outdoor beauty! '

'The cabin is in a fantastic location looking over the lake, the interior was very clean and looks great. Convinent location for getting to vineyards and wolfvile. I would highly recommend this place for anyone to stay at. '

'Beautiful rooms, very clean and very nice space, very comfortable and cozy. We chose a unit with a full kitchen as our stay was a week long and we needed to be able to easily have a relaxed schedule - and options if we chose to stay in. This worked out great! Outside sitting areas were lovely and we could sit out on our front porch! Staff was amazing. Any request was very quickly responded to and completed- it was very wonderful. Thank you all!! I highly recommend The Gingerbread House.'
