'I didn’t like that all 3 toilets in the first floor weren’t repaired, the seats are shaky. The first toilet right of you on floor one also needs more cleaning, the trash bags weren’t replaced during my whole stay. The first shower in floor one lacks a lot of privacy. The staff were very friendly and understanding. The beds and the rooms were clean and professional. '

'Close proximity to the train station which was essential for our onward travel to Stansted . The staff were friendly , the rooms, although slightly dated , were spotless & the bed comfortable. The location was really pretty being on the River Stort . We made use of the onsite cafe / bar. then took an evening stroll along the river bank . It would have suited us to have breakfast in the cafe but it was closed the following morning for a deep clean , which just shows cleanliness of the place...
