'Hotel was nice overall. Staff was very friendly, room was beautiful however our room was hot and located by a service entry so multiple times we were woken by a slamming door. I’m not sure if the AC wasn’t working correctly or if it couldn’t keep up but we were a little warm. Also, parking is slim next to the hotel and they do not offer valet. There is an old city parking garage across the street that was super sketchy, but it was free. This was our first time here and will likely be back and...

'Clean & friendly '

'Non of our phones would connect to the internet even though we normally have no issues. The hotel ironically offered internet for a charge. The parking garage was so full people were parking along the sides because there were no spots. I think they should dedicate specific spots just for the hotel guests. '

'Room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice. The please is definitely business friendly. The Olive and Iras dinning experience was excellent! Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Omaha. '

'Upon arrival the TV did not work.Called the front desk 4 times and no answer. So I took the remote control to the front desk and exchanged it for another one. Still didn’t work. At 9:00 pm the front desk said they could have a maintenance person check it later. I asked for a discount but the manager refused since we didn’t want to wait until after 10pm for a maintenance person. Terrible service especially since I have been a rewards member for a dozen years.'

'Amazing front desk, Staff! Awesome housekeeping! Quiet! It’s definitely a business hotel with class and elegant by affordable plenty of parking! And the front desk was so kind and hospitable! We had to extend our stay two times and they were able to make it work in the middle of spring break we had a family emergency that they knew nothing about at the front desk and was extremely flexible. I’m so great how they fit my family. '

'For my preference the pillows were not full enough. They compressed to maybe a couple inches immediately on lying on them The room was nice, bathroom was clean and well stocked. '
