'The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage.
