However, for a party of six, we had eight pillows arranged in the property. We believed this quantity would be sufficient, but we apologize if you felt it was inadequate. We would like to emphasize that if you had desired additional pillows, you could have easily contacted the property manager, who would have been more than happy to accommodate your request. -In terms of glassware, we do provide a variety of options in the cupboards, including highball or juice glasses. We understand the importance of having an ample supply of wine glasses and beer mugs, and we will take your feedback into consideration to enhance the selection for future guests. -As for the water pressure, please note that we rely on well water rather than city water. While the water pressure remains adequate on the third floor when the shower is the sole source running, simultaneous use of the toilet or the clothes washer while showering may result in a temporary decrease in water pressure. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and appreciate your understanding. -Upon further inspection, the owner confirmed that there are indeed 12 knives on-site. However, we understand your suggestion and are open to purchasing additional knives to ensure our guests have everything they need during their stay. Furthermore, we apologize for the missing corkscrew, and we will promptly replace it. -Lastly, we would like to reiterate that we clearly state in our guidelines that we have a property manager available nearby to assist guests with any needs they may have.
