I overheard the breakfast staff mentioning she was doing 4 jobs at once - that included the front desk where she handled money for a guest and I didn’t see her wash her hands afterwards while filling items in the breakfast area. 'Hotel needs updating badly. Had an issue with the toilet draining so I stopped at the front desk to ask that it be looked into. The gentleman asked me if I had plunged it yet?? Huh? I don’t carry a plunger in my luggage. He said they would bring me one. For real? One it is not my issue to fix and two I paid for my stay, how do you feel it is my responsibility to fix your issue? I don’t live there nor do I work there. We left for the day and came back to 0 room service, our keys didn’t work and...
