'We stayed in a two bedroom condo with “lake view”. I would call it a canal view or maybe a water view. Instead, we had a full view of the parking ramp in front of us. Still a great view of the Amsoil Arena and DECC area, but limited water view of the shipping ports. Kitchen was very nice and stocked well. The three TVs were not 100% functional, but the beds were AMAZING. We slept very well, and even though I-35 is less than a block away, the condo is very quiet. Two negative items, you have no...

'Someone during the night broke the glass to a back door,to the facility. There was still glass behind our parked car there in the morning. Observed at two different times people climbing in and out of their windows of two different rooms.??????'

'The location is good, restaurants and shopping close by. the room was spotless, bathroom had a little mold around the bottom of the tub but not enough to warrant a bad review. The front desk staff was amazing, professional and very pleasant. I will be traveling to Duluth a few times in the future and I will definitely stay at the LaQuinta!'

'The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having dinner and a drink in the restaurant. Outdoor hot tub is very nice, but I did not use it.'

'The fresh cookies were amazing but the pool was closed and I was told that they all they had to do was add water but they never did nor would they offer a discount for not having the pool open they told me to go 5 mi down the road and use a pool at another facility. Had it not been 30° outside this maybe would not have been a bad thing but I really did not need pneumonia.'
