'Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!'

'Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC.'

'The location was the best! Right on the marina so plenty to do and see. It was also just a short walk to Canal Park and to the beach. The views were great and there was so many extras. They have an above ground fire pit, outdoor games, shuttle to surrounding attractions, a s’mores bar, beach toys, and free drinks and snacks. Will definitely be staying here again!'

'The toilet seat was very loose, difficult to use. Shower drain very slow. No smoke alarm. TV had 2 remotes, neither one wanted to work. Desk clerk couldn't figure out the TV. Very noisy in the hallway outside my room from 11 pm to 1 am. Cost was $20 higher than what the Expedia reservation stated. Will not get my business again'
