'Property had good location'

'My family stayed for one night while we were in Pittsburgh for a concert. We were able to park close to the entry, which was convenient. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. The room was reasonably clean, though showed some minor signs of wear/age. The bath products were lovely, with a gentle, pleasant scent that didn’t feel overpowering. We enjoyed a quiet stay and had the breakfast in the morning, which was decent. I would stay here again.'

'Surprisingly quiet next to a busy highway'

'I loved my stay here. It was only one night, but I will absolutely stay there again if I’m in the area. The room was basic, but cute and incredibly clean. I honestly think this was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom as well, and there is almost always something icky in any hotel bathroom. The bed? Oh my gosh - SO comfortable. 'According to their website, they charge $15/night for the pet fee, but they actually charge by the weight of the dog, which in my case was $30/night for a 63 lb dog. There is also not much space to walk your dog. The breakfast was coffee and pre-packaged sugary treats, like powdered doughnuts.'

'My experience was extremely disappointing. There were no complimentary water bottle’s provided , and the facial tissue box had only two tissues left. Most concerning was the cleanliness of the room—the bedsheets and pillow smelled strongly of sweat, which made it seem as though they had not been changed or properly cleaned before our arrival. As a result, we were unable to get a comfortable night’s sleep. We attempted to contact the reception during our stay to report these issues, but no one...

'Key card not available, I had no keys for my whole stay and had to wait for someone to come let me in my room, hence did not feel safe or comfortable. Credit card system was down, they only accepted cash. Not staying here again.'

'I have stayed in many hotels in PGH. This was amazing and within walking distance of a bus that goes straight to the Ott campus and beyond. I loved its quirkiness! If you are young it has a nice bar. And even though it does not have a restaurant or serve more than coffee, they have tables for guests to bring their food and eat. Thoughtful!'
