'Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!'

'Upon check in person at the desk was not a welcoming personality and unfriendly. Parking was fine. Room was neat however pillows were square and not as comfortable as a regular pillow. Bed was comfortable. Our wall could have used a cleaning by the bed as it looked like someone may have had a spill. My sister loved the breakfast which was free with the stay.'

There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...
