The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the food was exceptional, allowing you to experience Tunisian cuisine.
The reception staff were extremely accomodating and super nice 😍
Bar staff were great and a first for me, they actually mixed cocktails.
House keeping were very good, making your room clean and supplies for your room replenished.

Visited this hotel many times in the past 20 years and it used to be beautiful, came back in 2023 and it was awful mainly due to the quests but thought I would give it another go and it has improved a lot, would stay again.'

'Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!'

'L'hôtel était bien situé, a côté de tout, mais la nuit y'a trop de bruit, discothèques et le boulevard, grand merci au deux réceptionniste s madame Zohra et monsieur Said ,très aimables et sourient, contraire du patron de L'hôtel et d'autres personnels de L'hôtel qui disent même bonjour, en général L'hôtel est un bonne prix mais besoin de beaucoup de rénovation et entretien. '
