' We had a fantastic stay at La Maison du Paradis. Pasquale and his wife were excellent hosts. Pasquale met us at the apartment even though we were late and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. He checked in on us several times, gave us info about the buses and ferries, dining recommendations, maps, etc. He even arranged a cab back to the train station for us.

'Hostess, Carmen, is excellent. Breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were big, especially the master BR (We had the 2 BR unit).
You walk up 1 long flight of stairs, there is no elevator. The B&B is located at the edge of the historic town. Only a 10-min walk to the cathedral (which is a must-see).
Parking nearby was a challenge, but you can park closer to the port & walk 10-ish minutes. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS to this property if you have a car. It takes you down narrow, historical streets that...

'The property was beautiful! Our room didn't disappoint! The view of the coast from up on the mountain was so picturesque. The room was a little cold, but the heaters worked great. It would probably be a great escape in the Summer. All the tile was so pretty!'

'De eigenaresse Ilaria is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Is te bereiken voor vragen.
De accommodatie ligt op een erg goede locatie, ligt in het centrum en ook zo bij het water. Daarnaast goeie uitvalbasis om Amalfikust en vesuvius te bereiken. Treinstation op 10 minuten lopen.
De kamers zijn schoon en goed onderhouden, in de B&B kan koffie en thee gezet worden en liggen koekjes om mee te nemen.
Het enige minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt, je kunt om de hoek bij een koffietentje met een tegoedbon...

'I loved how when arriving Andrea and his mother were there to check us in, they were both so welcoming and there was no guessing how to get in or how things worked. The room was extremely clean and the location couldn't be better, a quick walk from the train, and I mean, we were across the road from the sea!
I want to say how much we appreciated the care they took when I became very sick and needed fresh towels and other supplies, they came right away and even brought a thermometer for me, then...

'The apartment is a short walk from Salerno train station and conveniently situated near multiple shops, restaurants and cafes. The cute balcony offers a nice view of the surrounding neighbourhood and patios below. The bed was very comfortable and room cleaning service was offered daily.
There was unfortunately a plumbing issue in the bathroom and apparent mold buildup in the ceiling corner which was visually unattractive and came with a slight odor. Host was aware and had plans to have it...
