Aloha, Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to leave a review. The ACs have sensors on the doors and windows. The AC shuts off when any are open. The window was open but once closed the AC was able to turn on. Electricity is expensive and we all do our part in conservation. We do hope you return soon as our guests. Aloha, I think you may have us confused with the resort. When you book a unit on VRBO you get that specific unit. We do not offer nor advertise any ada units. The AC was repaired by the property when you went down and notified the desk. As for the leaky faucet, we were not noticed of this. We promise to rectify everything in a timely manner. Aloha, We were experiencing heavy winds that blew off the screen door and whistled through the doors. The doors and the headboard that had detached were addressed after you reported it. There is no way that we would have been able to catch these in our inspection. There was no need to become abusive. We do our best to remedy issues in a timely manner which was once you reported this to us. The condo is accurate as depicted in the recent photos in the listing. We hope that you enjoyed Maui. Thank you for your review! This is a condominium complex with a resort feel. We are thrilled to have one restaurant there. There are restaurants next door and across the street as well as the food trucks a few minutes away. Lahaina town and Kaanapali are just minutes away with tons of restaurants.
