'We had issues with our bedding the first night but the staff was super accommodating and got it fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The pool and hot tub were nice to use and the breakfast was really good! Complimentary popcorn wasn’t bad either.'

'The hotel recently changed hands and is being remodeled. The main areas of hotel are filthy. Our room was recently remodeled with new carpet and furnishings. However, the bathroom was not clean. The outside security light made it so light in the room thatwas hard to sleep. Way overpriced.'

'12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. After 30 minutes of the alarm blasting everyone’s eardrums the fire department shows up. Instead of the employee explaining what happened he proceeds to ignore the FD, and guests that are also...

'The staff is wonderful, super helpful, and the breakfast was really good. The only note is parts of the place are starting to feel a little worn...? but, overall, it's fine. The one note about the bathroom lights - they kept coming on in the night - not sure why, but we just had to shut the door to avoid light disruptions. Also, there was a slight mildewish odor from the vents - probably due to the humidity - but we just used some peppermint essential oils to adjust that. Overall, good for the...

'The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I asked about it to staff and was told everyone was showing at the same time. Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. On the 3rd morning I shower at 4:00 AM and had the same experience. '

'Well first appearance of the room was good but when we turned on the lights we saw the end table had a big sticky spot and the carpet was wet. They need to take down the curtain and replace or at least wash. They were very dingy. The staff was very nice when i wanted a cup of coffee. But for 300 dollars I will not be back. I can say that the Day Inn is not for me.'

'The Bistro gets overloaded and slow. Suggest you develop a quicker process and more self-service options. I also think free coffee in the lobby would be a basic amenity, unless you want to open the bistro at 5a. People need coffee to wake up'

'It was a decent place to stay. Some looked to be updated while other parts did not. Pool is very tiny and fitness center is just 4 cardio machines. Breakfast is not included. The staff I spoke with were nice. It’s a convenient location and fairly priced. Would stay again'

'The woman working the front desk was not very helpful, took a very long time to get us checked in, and didn't seem happy to be there in general. I booked 2 rooms, both were outdated and the walls were dirty, had paint chipped, just overall not in the best shape. One room had no towels, no shampoo or body wash (although there are containers for them, they were just empty), and no coffee. It was a place to stay, but that's about all I have to say about it.'
