It was a very pleasant stay, the highlight being sitting on the covered deck in front of the outdoor fireplace and taking in the excellent views. 'The cabin is great, huge front field with tons of privacy. The rear yard / firepit is right on the river!!! We used the firepit and grilled out. The hot tub was nice as well. Very easy to fine, I will say the transition from highway to the driveway was at an odd angle. A standard car will scrap the bottom. We will defiantly be renting this cabin in the future!!!!'

'What a lovely Chalet! This was a perfect spot for a little get away for the weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and all of the outside lounging areas. There were only two of us, so as far as the beds go I can only comment on the mater bed. Slept great and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for grilling out on the gas grill. What a great place in a convenient location. Would highly recommend! 'If you're looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind stay in Murphy, NC to enjoy the mountains in a relaxing environment this is it! Located on the very top of a private mountain, the views are spectacular. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and roomy for two people. 'The location is indeed beautiful. The road leading to the cabin is rugged, narrow and rough in places, but worth it if you have a SUV. Not so sure a regular vehicle would make it. The cabin was nice and clean. It does need some updates. If you’re interested in preparing your own meals, the cookware there is not recommended. The only thong we needed was a good cutting knife and cuttibg board. We love to cook and we made our dinner the first night. Had to use a steak knife to make salad and cut veggies.
