'Great home in a nice neighborhood and close to everything in Cabot. Plenty of space for our family of 6!'

'This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

'We dealt with a pretty severe ant problem (in addition to a couple other issues) the duration of our stay, and to make matters worse communication with he host was very poor. We didn't feel the issues were ever fully understood or addressed. This should have a been a great house to meet our needs while traveling for business, but we wont be staying again and we would not recommend it to others.'

'This home looks good in the pictures, but when we arrived, we found moldy water in the dishwasher, extremely dirty floors, overflowing trash, pull chains off the fan-light combo fixtures (so you couldn't turn the light on or off), a drawer broken and off its slides, the railing on the top bunk missing screws, a wobbly living room chair, a broken shower head, a sticky shower door, he remnants of food frozen in the ice box, unclean tap water, and unclean dishes in the cabinets.
