'The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink.
The ensuite is a nice large size.
Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats.
There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time.
The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up.
The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

'Excellent property in a superb location. Only a few minutes walk to town through a lovely woodland.
It accommodated 4 adults and two dogs perfectly.
The host was exceptional with thier preparation of the property and it was faultless for our needs. Highly recommended for time spent in Belper or the wider region.'

'It’s a really cute place to stay. Beautiful views and garden with a lovely canal side walk nearby. Nicely designed inside and Steve, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have been able to stay longer.'

'Great place to stay, the room is exactly as advertised. 20 minute walk downtown and well connected to East Midlands. The studio with the small kitchenette and the private bathroom was definitely worth it. The gym is great for a little workout '

'We truly enjoyed our stay The room was very clean, however the mattress was not so comfortable and the pillows were very flimsy. The room we stayed in was right next to the doors for the stairs so we heard the doors slamming quite often, perhaps a soft close door could solve this problem. Other than this the hotel is very well kept and in a wonderful location mins from the City Centre, without all the noise. The garden was a nice place to spend some quiet time and the pubs across the road were...
