'Be careful with this lodge. Half of the rooms (backside) have no view. Just a view of a wall, posts and rocks, underneath a structure behind the main lodge. They charge resort fees and the pool, sauna and bbq pit area are all closed and under construction. Something that was not noted on the Expedia website prior to booking a nonrefundable room. When we were checking out on a Sunday morning, a work crew was in the halls (3 floors) ripping up carpet, starting at 8:00am. It was extremely noisy....

'Had a great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were exactly what I needed, and everything was in great working order. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!'

'Chelsea’s condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located, steps to the ski bus line. Chelsea is also a responsive host, which I appreciated.In her binder of information (unless the contents were revised since the time of this review) she asked to be notified of any concerns/needs to ensure a 5-star review.However, there were a couple of factors that warrant the rating in this review, and that could not have been remedied on short notice. 'The unit is located in the upper village of Solitude Resort. There are restaurants and bars, as well as a small grocery store. I really liked the Honeycomb Grill. The pool is right next to the building and there’s a great game/arcade area inside as well. The kitchen was well equipped as was the rest of the unit. Having laundry right in the unit was a big plus. The beds were comfy with plenty of blankets and pillows. The Murphy bed in the living room was super comfortable and easy to use....

'My wife and I visited in the summer. It’s a great location if you’re like us and enjoy leaving the car parked after exploring the parks etc. It was pretty clean; for sure the floors need a thorough mopping. Everything else was good. Excellent sized condo, good layout etc.'
