'We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. 'Our room was clean, however there was a mildew y smell from the carpet and the sofa. I asked the main desk for air freshener, which they provided, which helped. The front office staff at night was not particularly welcoming, but the ladies who were on duty During the day were very helpful. '

'Everything was good after the issue at check in was taken care of. When we arrived I was informed that the room we booked was not available and that they weren't sure if we would be able to get a room. They were apologetic but being in town for a conference it gave us anxiety. Thankfully they were able to give us a room. '

'Stain on chair in the room, asked them to swap out chair. Never happened! SECOND day, new Manager said she would take care of it, NEVER happened! That night the original manager said he cleaned the chair. It was SOAKING Wet, and Still stained! The breakfast bagels and muffins were so stale, we could throw them and break a window!! The room had a smell of old vomit and BO. Avoid this property if possible. '
