'The lobby and hallway floors were dirty. Beds were super stiff. Only two towels in the room and they were the least absorbent things I’ve ever used. The hand towels were stained. Definitely won’t be back and that sucks because we have family that lives in town and it’s the closest hotel.'

'Great service, very friendly. The breakfast layout was magnificent'

'When you just need a clean bed, shower, and AC, this is it! The only thing we really missed was coffee… and there’s a gas station down the road. Friendly helpful owner. We even chatted with others staying here. It’s a very “down home” place to stay.'

'I only stayed 1 night but ill be back'

'Very quiet set village by the farms, biggest complaint was the restaurant staff across the street haha. Room was spotless, staff was incredibly helpful and kind, breakfast was amazing'

'Host(Jill)was very nice. Room was very clean but very small. No a/c control in the room. Don’t know if there was a a/c problem it was very warm in the room so warm we had to go get a room at motel. Contacted Jill about the a/c and she thinks it was either a closed vent or she forgot to change a/c from fan to cool. We had two nights booked there but only tried to stay the one night talked with Jill and she did refund one of our nights. Thank you very much for understanding Jill.'

'The place was very clean, nice quiet neighborhood and close to downtown which was very convenient. If ever back in the area would definitely book again.'

'Jill’s property was peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay. We absolutely loved, Dexter, the donkey and Willow and Marley, the cats. We had a very nice stay. I would not recommend counting the futon as a sleeping option. The bed in the master room was very comfortable, as well as the bed upstairs. Jill was excellent with communication and everything was well written out for check in and check out.'

'We sliepen als niet-rokers op een rokers kamer. Dat was heel jammmer en de geur van het roken ging helemaal in onze kleren zitten. Dat was jammer.'

'A pitch perfect stay'

'Whole duplex accommodates 6 people but the kitchen. 4 plates, 4 cups and only 2 places to sit at a little table. Overall amazing stay just had to improvise to be able to seat 4 at the table.'

'The duplex is absolutely perfect! Hot water was hot, window unit worked fantastic. Will book this duplex again.'

'We were in town for a softball tournament for my daughter, and the property was just as described. Cold air-conditioning, fast, Internet, and great appliances and sleeping arrangements. My only concern is that there was no hot water for showers. I messaged the owner through the Vrbo app twice and never received a response regarding this. I did receive messages from the owner in regards to taking out the garbage for garbage pick up at the curb and for check-in and check out instructions. Just...

'This was my 3rd time renting Cozy Corner. It has all you need for your stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great park, community pool and Pizza Hut! The host is friendly and quick to respond when needed.'

'Quiet neighborhood. Appreciate prompt communication from host'

'I appreciate the pet friendly property. Kitchen was well stocked with accessories. Location was located centrally to many places.'

'This was a great place to stay! Our family of 6 with 4 “big” kids had plenty of room and a place like this is better than renting 2 hotel rooms.'
