'The location of the apartment was excellent, close to 2 train stations and lists of dinning options. Also there are 3 grocery stores within 1 block, super convenient. The place is very comfortable and very clean. Would definitely come back here '

We did not get the room that we had made reservations for via expedia. Hotel personal made excuses and despite that the hotel was very full they offered us a different room. But that room was not at the seaside. So we kept the room we had received. It was still a fine room though.'

Breakfast is included and although quite basic, everything to start your busy day is present. "Perfect hotel voor een bezoek aan Tokio, dicht (max 5 minuten wandelen) bij 2 verschillende metrostations met alle nodige verbindingen. Propere kamers, relatief groot in vergelijking met andere hotels in de stad. De convenience store in het hotel is zeer handig, ook een 7- eleven aan de overkant van de straat. Gratis busvervoer naar en van beide disney-parken aan het hotel. Ook rechtstreeks busvervoer naar en van beide luchthavens recht voor de deur van het hotel (dit wel tegen betaling). Perfect hotel voor onze 10 daagse trip naar Tokyo."

The shuttle bus service is excellent. The first day we had problem to find the shuttlebus bus. We walked 19 minutes from the shinagawa station to the hotel, google map. Shinagawa is good station to go directory with Shinkansen to Osaka. Price and quality I will give a 8"

"Excellent gelegen hotel in Terminal 2, met een goed restaurant (ontbijt, lunch, diner) in het hotel en daarnaast binnen het terminalgebouw een keur aan winkels, restaurants en bars. Ook excellente bereikbaarheid met trein en monorail, waarmee het centrum van Tokio, Ginza en ook verder afgelegen bestemmingen zeer goed bereikbaar zijn. De kamer is ruim genoeg, goede badkamer, goed bed; prima om een of meerdere nachten te verblijven. Wij hadden uitzicht op het vliegveld en de start-/landingsbaan - door de uitstekende geluidsisolatie hadden we wel het interessante en levendige uitzicht, maar niet het geluid van de vliegtuigen."
