'The staff was very informed friendly and accommodating. Esp Nicole and Garett plus Maddie called me and helped me make reservations at the Oaks Restaurant. The AC.in the rooms is drafty when you’re in the bed. The North upstairs hallway was an icebox the entire weekend. Very quiet serene setting in the lake. We recommend it!'

'Our room was minimally cleaned, only once, sheets changed, towels replaced, coffee supplies refilled, bathroom counter top not wiped, toilet and sink cleaned, floor had white specks. My view for cleaning only once is my request was misunderstood. I stated no room service on day after we arrived but expected it the other two days.'
