'We came at this hotel and instantly it felt good, very friendly and helpfull staff very clean everywhere. The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time'

'the staff at the check in it’s very kind and helpful. check me in so quick . and the guy that help us our bags , was so nice and helpful. he even call us taxi . i’m just a little disappointed when we eat breakfast because i ask to make my dad 2 sunny side up eggs . they forget about it took long . then when i told them where my dad eggs he make us 1 egg so quick and it was burnt . but everything else was fantastic at the buffet.'

'The Executive Room is very spacious. Coffee and water are available anytime, and the daily breakfast is good. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning in our room worked well, although the air conditioning in the lounge/breakfast area was not very strong. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at YBC. 'The lady at the desk was very friendly she's doing her job very good..👍 But this hotel is way way to expansive for the service the order( none) hotelroom situated at the thirth floor.. no aircon and elevator available in the hallway, only at the groundfloor( so very hot and no fans other floors) in the room a balcony and see view😒1 m wide door opened with alot of force..try closing it almost fell out cabinet drawer broken and garbage inside and almost no water coming out the shower..beach...

'The room was adequate with a nice view and decent bedding. The shower lacked hot water and water pressure was low. There was a constant hum from some sort of electricity that I could not identify or shut off which made falling asleep difficult. The staff were a little pushy and reminded me multiple times, including a phone call at 11:30a that the checkout time was noon. '

'Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site. Would definitely stay there again'

'The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair '

'Terrible, terrible place. If there were a zero-star option, this place would deserve it. I only booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the race venue. Aside from being very old and run-down, they set up a live band that played past midnight. When I complained about the noise, they promised to keep it down, but that didn’t happen. The music could be heard up to 300 meters away from the hotel — even more so inside the rooms. I had to book a different hotel despite already paying...
