The cabin was very clean and the perfect size for a single person or small family. I was in town for a bike race and it was conveniently located near the race start and other area biking trails. Would definitely stay here again if in the Hendersonville/Dupont Forest area.

Quiet and secluded location and a great little home base for our stay. It had everything we needed. On the downside: The drive way (actually the last bit of road) isn’t paved and is a bit rutted. The ice maker in the fridge is noisy since it’s not surrounded by cabinets so it woke me up several times during the night. Guess we could’ve turned it off for the night. Oh well.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place, the cabin was beautiful and a great location…peaceful!!!! Our host was great, we had an emergency in the family and they let me change my dates with no hesitation. My wife and I stayed for a week and hated having to leave. Would definitely recommend this cabin!!!

Lovely NC cabin!

I adored this little cabin and I can’t wait to stay again someday soon! Location was great, the house was easy to find and get to. Very clean and cozy, very well appointed. You can even hear the little creek that’s nearby :) Would absolutely recommend this rental!

Cramped and okay at best

Host started off okay with communication and being understanding as we were coming up for a local college baseball weekend. However, after booking, the understanding stopped. We inquired on if you needed 4WD to get to the property. Host said no, any car should do. However, that was not the case. If it rains the drive washes out. Luckily my son has an AWD vehicle and we left our car at the school and had to take his to get back up there. If he didn't have it, we wouldnt have been able to get up the hill. Second, due to us being from out of town and up for the weekend of baseball we asked if we could check out at 11 since the game didn't start until 1. We were informed no because the cleaning crew would arrive by 10. I gave several hours heads up to where a call could have been made but no. Cleaning crew tried showing up before 10 and we were still there. Cabin is quaint but little small. Would have stayed again but with the host, i doubt we will. turns out we had to
