Didn't receive check in instructions until 15 minutes prior to arrival (had asked for them well beforehand). Upon arrival the home was still being cleaned and continued well after our arrival - with just adequate results. The Sauna was not operative throughout our stay. The pool was not used, as it was not heated. The Pool Table was OK but the corner pockets were dislocated from the table and the table was located too close to one wall where you could not play a shot on that side of the table. The main stove was missing knobs and only two of the knobs were capable of operating the five burners. The kitchen cupboards were plentiful but mostly empty. A lack of decent silverware, Pots and pans that need updating, very few coffee cups, and very few spices (especially keeping in mine this is a home that is advertised as- sleeps up to 16). There were a few other minor problems, but the point here is these are all very easily fixable problems. The home itself was large and comfortable for our group of 10. The beds were comfortable with new sheets on most beds; the Hot Tub was great and used often. We loved the Golf Simulator and it was the highlight for those of us who golfed. The bridge will be complete very soon, so future occupants need not worry about access. This home could and should be rated higher, but much TLC needs to be applied.
