'The property was absolutely beautiful. The only issue was the lack of communication from the host, Kyle. I had a bad feeling with his lack of communication a couple weeks before the trip. I asked him if there was any information I needed to know, and he said no. I asked him the day of my check-in if I was going to get a code for the front door, and he told me that Vrbo would send it to me automatically one hour before my rental. That never came.
