'Lovely spot, beautiful views and easy beach access. Very quiet. Very roomy. Plenty of parking. Lacked kitchen utensils and there were no lids for pots. Knowing in advance that there were no grocery shops or dining options would have been nice (I didn't see this at time of booking, but we were told when arriving). Owners were lovely and communitive. 'This listing is more then just a tad misleading... It says pet friendly, but no secure area for the dogs or any shelter. Leaving about 1sqm for the pets inside when it rains. The use of space in a tiny home is probably the worst ive seen. A big bed with ZERO use of wall space for storage. No toilet scrubber for the toilet is one of the finer details they are missing here. 'Absolutely spotlessly clean bach! Great location across from the Coopers beach shops, beach and playground. Very well set up and kept 2 bedroom with renovated kitchen and shower. Deck and bbq make relaxing easy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Lovely garden with gorgous flowers and birds. We always have an awesome stay here.'

'House is in a beautiful location with beautiful views. The house is unique, an interesting design, and the host was friendly and accomodating. However the house is quite musty in side and the furniture seriously needs updating, with sofa springs sticking out like they it come from an op shop. All the bathrooms and kitchen need upgrades and we found the house very expensive for the quality of the property. Despite this we did enjoy the location.'
