'The room we had reserved was not up to our expectations but the nice lady at the front desk found us another room with a king bed. Had a good breakfast (buffet) and a locking bike storage room. Depending on the room you get everything can be kind of far apart but it was doable. Would stay again!'

'Larry and Linda are very knowledgeable in providing tips to the local area. Larry used to be the Mayor of Hermann and councilman at the county level. The upstairs bedroom with onsuite bath was charming, spacious, and comfortable. However, if you are tall or overweight the upstairs is probably not a good choice as the steps are steep but they have other very nice rooms with beautiful screened in terrasse. 'Spotlessly clean and in such a lovely woods,The hosts were so readily available and we needed them once and suggested ice cube trays. The requests were met right away one could say instantaneously They were so hospitable,it was a pleasure to chat with them. We would return to the same spot next time we return.'

'The staff was awesome. Very nice people the fire pit was awesome at night and the short walk across the river is awesome. When we arrived I asked the staff where I could get flowers for my wife's birthday. The staff informed me that they would take care of getting flowers for my wife. We came back to our room 2 hours later my wife had a dozen roses and a bottle of wine complimentary. The lady informed me that they love to celibate birthdays and anniversary's. We will defiantly be back'

'It was so comfortable and uniquely and beautifully decorated! There was so many awesome areas to explore inside and outside of the Grain Bins. Food provided for breakfast was fresh and hot. There was perfectly cooked bacon, scrambled eggs and really moist corn muffins with homemade mango preservers! We were welcomed with fresh, homemade plum bread. 'The property was beautiful, in a great location with outdoor seating areas for the guests. The owner thought of just about everything you may need during your stay and made them readily available. The only complaint I have was the bed in the Van Gogh room. It was aweful. It was old, extremely uncomfortable and should have been replaced long before my stay.'

'Renee was an excellent host. The hot morning breakfasts were delicious. The property was quiet and just a short walk from downtown Hermann.'

'Close to everything downtown. Reasonable price. We were gone most of the time so we just needed a place to sleep. Parking was a slight issue as there were 4 cars crammed into a steep lot with uneven ground. It met our needs and we would like to return.'
