'Front desk staff is hardly ever at the desk, and half the time you don’t even know who actually works here. The room had no hand soap, the Wi-Fi was constantly in and out, and there was mold above the shower head. You can also hear people through the walls very clearly, so there’s basically no privacy. Even the coffee station isn’t included and you have to buy it. They only give you one towel and one rag per room because of some “exchange program,” which makes no sense when there were two of us...

'Overall the hotel was nice and clean. The halls were nie and bright and the room felt spacious. The breakfast was very good on the first day but the subsequent days the scrambled eggs looked grey and the gravy looked as though it had been sitting out for a while. And, truth be told, I didn't like that a "Vape Here" was in the overflow parking lot. To each their own, but had I known, I might not have stayed here being it was for a family vacation.'

'All my communication with the Soundry was via text after I made the reservation. Instead of reading further, I assumed it was like any other hotel accomodation. It is not. As they tell you, check-in is at 4 pm. The hotel does not have a guest lobby with receptionist and you cannot enter until you receive a code to open the front door. There is a big QR code outside the front door which does not lead to anything except a greeting. And, communication is via a 'bot. So, it is a pretty cold, rather...

'It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...
