'STAY AWAY. Extremely frustrating experience. We arrived around 10:30 PM with a confirmed reservation. The first room we were given had a dead battery in the door lock, so we could not enter. The front desk employee attempted to fix the lock but did not have the proper tools. We were then given a second room, but that door displayed an error code and also would not unlock. 'The staff was very concerning with the misunderstanding on our part, and accommodating us as frequent quest.'

'Our stay at Charming House was great. We had an abundance of comfortable, clean, attractive space, including each bedroom having a separate bathroom. The location was convenient to areas of Nashville and a quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again.'

'Had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Nice place. Suggestions… Could’ve been a little cleaner but not a big deal. (Mostly hair everywhere, maybe from not sweeping great.) Needs a new regular coffee machine. It was overall a great place. Host was quick to respond & gave all information needed.'

'Great unit! Very spacious and clean! Easy communication with host!'

'Property is well maintained and had everything we needed!'
