Not necessarily close to any amenities/stores. However, in about 15mins or so, you can get what you need. The house was clean and we had most of what we needed. 'The place is big, the kitchen is well stock with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, bake ware, cookware, small aplliances. We encountered AC issues, which a technician came out, but part of the issue was still not resolved.It is family friendly, it was a brief stay for me. If and when I need to be in the area I would stay again.'
