'The place was in the location I needed. The place and furnishing were acceptable but the place was not clean. I didn’t want to use anything and tried to stay away as much as possible. A really good cleaning would make a big difference.'

Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold.
