'We had a great stay at Villa Beachside. Such a relaxing place to stay with direct access to the beach and a large games room under the house. Secure fencing for our dog so she could be included on our holiday. The house was clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We will be back! '

'Quiet location. Walk to beach, shops and clubs / restaurants. The pool is amazing, plenty of beach towels provided, and so clean and warm. BBQ under the large awning, outside table and chairs made it very social. Beds comfortable, clean white linnen, lots of fluffy towels. The owners have tried to make it comfortable. Negatives; The dining chairs are crap and there was no dish cloth, lol. Will stay again and recommend it to all.'

'As usual (we've stayed at 'The Duk' many times now), we had a lovely 2 weeks at the Duk 'n' Willa cottage. "Not many hostels in Hervey Bay but if you’re looking for an eco-friendly option this is the place. The girl at reception was nice, helped me out with some things and just good chat. Rooms are clean although a bit worn down. But then again it has pretty affordable pricing. Enough amenities to get your solo travel sorted out and nearby the beach."
