'Staff were very friendly to me and my dog. I was in late and up early because of travel, and they were available to help me. I left before a full breakfast was out, but they encouraged me to grab what was out without complaint. Convenient to casino but because of changes to the highway exits, a bit confusing how to get there off the interstate. Overall, an excellent choice for me and my dog!'
'Tamelijk onbeschoft personeel en erg onbehulpzaam. Auto stond redelijk dichtbij het hotel. Ik vroeg als ik een kar kon lenen voor mijn bagage. Dit werd geweigerd. Auto moest eerst maar eens voor het hotel staan. Hiervoor dwingt het hotel om je parkeerplaats op te geven. Aangezien ik een ongeluk had gehad en ook zichtbaar was. Weigeren ze je gewoon te helpen. Bij het inchecken ook onbeschoft en erg onverstaanbaar. Ik twijfel niet aan mijn Engels na meer dan 20 jaar in de VS gewoond te hebben. Je...

This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'
'Enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room view was awesome. The security to your room is more than usual but makes you feel very safe.
The casino is super clean and not an overpowering cigarette smoke smell. A nice surprise every time we go.
Under the Oak cafe is handy and food is good.
