'Pleased that during check-in, the staff was cooperative regarding the doctor's letter verifying that we had a service dog. The breakfast choices were numerous. The bed and A/C were excellent. The eating area was very crowded on two of the four days. The TV remote was the most complicated I have ever encountered. The vinyl tile floor was dirty. The bathtub was the most narrow I have ever experienced. One elevator did not seem sufficient for the number of guests.'

'Breakfast was great. The lady serving was phenomenal. There were 2 minor problems. The shower/bath was impossible to regulate the water temperature. It was on the verge of being TOO HOT and could not bring the temperature down. On our second day house cleaning removed all of the dirty towels and wash cloths but did not leave any clean ones for us to use. We called down to the front desk for fresh towels. The fresh towels were not delivered for over 3 hours.'

'Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!'

Staff was extremely kind and helpful, the lobby was nice and clean, breakfast was very decent, the room for a double queen bed was very nice and clean, had zero issues with anything. Airport shuttle arrive and depart was very convenient. Would definitely recommend for a place to stay in Dallas!'

'I really enjoyed my stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Tampa. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the hot breakfast and the hors d'oeuvres and free drinks in the evening. I would definitely stay there again and also recommend them to anyone looking for a hotel in Tampa.'
