'Very nice new property in a historic building. Building is very elegant and staff is exceptionally helpful. My kids wanted to speak to Mr. Chris everyday when we came in and out. Will definitely be back soon.'

'A very nice place outside the airport to spend a night before continuing on your trip. The property is probably very new as everything looks extremely clean. The bathroom looks brand new with a very nice showerhead. The hotel was quiet even though we were on the first floor adjacent to the parking lot. The front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. I recommend this property.'

'I was excited to stay at this property because of all the good reviews. The first issue for me was that the rooms were outside rooms & my room was on the second floor. I am medically disabled and I can’t go up the two flights of stairs without assistance and I was traveling alone. I don’t recall seeing that it’s an Outside hotel but I could have missed it. 'On the Expedia website it lists this property having shuttle service to downtown Nashville and airport shuttle which the hotel does not provide. They have no shuttle at all so if you're needing this accommodation choose another hotel. When asking the hotel they acknowledge it states that on the site but basically did nothing or even help with alternatives or compensate for false advertisement. The breakfast is ok but potatoes each day were mostly hard, eggs dried out, and food needed heated up...

'I would have loved this place if it were ready to be open for business. There was no restaurant, bar or food without leaving the building. They didn't have room service without a 24 hour notice, but they don't tell you that when checking in. The parking was probably the best part about it all, so nice to have affordable and easy self pay parking and valet as an option. If you want a full service establishment, this is definitely not it. It should be good to go in a month or two.'
