'I had a wonderful stay at Kozy Hotel DFW! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. 'List of grievances: 1. They did not refresh the room between the first night and second. Could not stream apps to TV, Netflix, etc. the internet was not great. Could not connect to PC. They did not take the garbage out. The pros: bed was comfortable, had a microwave and small refrigerator which was good, breakfast was okay. Overall the property was clean.'

'This property was amazing to stay at! The full kitchen with a washer and dryer was amazing! The staff was super helpful! All of them, honestly. I really liked the parking garage and how the attendants in the parking garage were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place and can go on forever on how amazing this property was! 'Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!'

'A 2.5 hr wait for valet parking before driving home. Granted, a text was sent out the prior day warning of possible delays, however, it didn’t say you would be stuck due to incompetence and lack of personnel by the parking company. Disorganized, non caring, systemless, all of the above. Spoke to the hotel manager, who said he would help if he could, however, he had no power to do so.
