"We chose this hotel mainly for the location, and it is close to the parks. The front desk staff were friendly, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. The walls are extremely thin. We could clearly hear full conversations from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to rest. The shower water pressure was weak, and we repeatedly had issues with hot water, including periods with no hot water at all. We also had a clogged toilet. Had to go to the toilet at front desk cause there was nobody available to fix. We reported it in the morning again, went to the parks all day, and came back to find it was not fixed. It looked like housekeeping only put the toilet seat down and did nothing to solve the problem. We had to switch rooms, but the new room also had hot water issues and the room was not properly cleaned. The bedding and sheets felt odd and the bed was poorly made. Also housekeeping didn’t clean our room one day. It felt like it was one problem after the other…. Overall, the location is good, but the room quality, maintenance, and housekeeping were far below expectations. We would not stay here again."

"Handy to stay here if you want to visit the parks, get a uber and you’re there in 15 minutes! Loved the pool and the rooms were awesome!"

"Received free room upgrade! Room was nice and clean. Breakfast is really nice. Although the breakfast time could be a bit later than until 09.00 during weekdays. Very close to Disneyworld. Will return again!!"

"Fijn resort. Typisch Amerikaans, dus niet alles is nieuw, maar het werkt allemaal prima. Heel ruim en schoon appartement. Ligt minder centraal dan sommige andere resorts."

"Appartement was prima, er ontbrak wat ons betreft, qua inventaris, een schaar en een waterkoker, verder heel fijn en netjes appartement, groter dan verwacht. Het zwembad zou wel netter mogen, er dreven erg veel haren in het water en het spabad was ronduit vies, daar hebben we maar geen gebruik van gemaakt."
