'We loved the house! It's perfect for who is travelling with teens and kids. The pool, the game room, everything was spotless! '

'The pictures show a sensory room there wasn't one. The sheets on two of the beds were dirty, ask for washcloth every one got hand towels to wash with , trash hadn't been removed from out front, the house wasn't as clean as expected. Other than this was a very nice home and very roomy! Not the host fault house was not clean that is on the cleaning team.'

'Wonderful stay during our visit to the Universal Parks. The house was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great. The house is very close to the Sunset Walk area, which has great dining options. Disney is right up the road too. The host’s communication was fantastic, we had no issues. The listing advertised a waterfront view — the lake was completely dried out and had clearly been that way for some time. The unit had a severe odor upon arrival, consistent with mold or sewage, which was never fully resolved during my stay. 'I would never recommend this property to anyone, our trip was ruined because we only stayed 15 minutes, couldn't lay on the bed due to the odor. Very small and the property was not well maintained. This swamp front rental is perfect if you don't want to be able to enjoy yourself. '

'We stayed here related to work for hurricane Milton. This is a lovely home with everything you need. The property manager answered the phone anytime I had a question. And was very polite. Communication with the homeowner was very easy thru email. The neighborhood is so quiet. Every evening when we came in we would take a walk around the entire neighborhood for exercise. Every one we passed would wave back at us or say hello. It’s minutes away from Publix and WalMart and the downtown lake...

'Property owner was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. Location was ideal for convention center but you definitely need to leave time to deal with traffic. We stayed for volleyball tournament and had a lot of early morning games. '
